They have to understand that money come with lots of hard work and sweating, it is now their 9-5 job, and 7days a week, it has been being played in England since last 60 years, in England, they play almost 40-50 matches in 30 week times, and they have to be all the time their best.
Dhoni should know he is very easily replaceable cricketer, there are hundred of cricketer are waiting to get in this 20/20 cricket , as far as I am concerning it is the easiest cricket ever played.
Aim not trying belittle modern 20/20 cricketers, No but telling the truth, it is only one hour effort, and still they are getting cry baby syndrome. His involvement in creating a national level club house at Rajkot as well as generously helping local cricketer to get fair assessment of their ability and opportunity to play for India is very amazing, here one thing, I would like to bring to his attention is about Akabar khan Babi, we do not need him to introduce Mr Babi , he knows about Babi bhai as much as I know about Babi bhai but one thing, he might be too busy to notice and that one is it is very high time to value service of Akabar bhai Babi to Saurashtra Cricket Association.
In last 50 years at least saurashtra cricket association must have got at least 50-60 cricketers including myself, Atul Mehta, Dhiraj Parsana , Uday Joshi, Jashwant Bakranias Brothers, Arvind Panchasara and his three brothers, Bhupendra Mandavia, Mahendra Rajdev and list can go on and on. As well as Gujarat, Baroda and Mumbai cricket association were benefited well too later.

Most of the so called economics or financial wizard never realized a very smart move by American financial institute at beginning 2000.
They created 30-40 of their agents like Mr x, Mr S, Mr M, Mr A and work with them in collaboration with new products, mobile phone markets, super market, construction and construction material manufacturing, technical market and redevelopment, all mayors of big cities , all chief Ministers of states and big and Small Corporation come under their trap with slogan "booming economy". Low interest money poured in to market with little risk or collateral. started new song of big buzz of India's economic power and great growth of Indian economy, new middle class and so on. constant brains washed propaganda from various pro American agents kept on. With that money, and great marketing tool and most or worst selfish businessmen of India aided to create newer companies with share holders injected money every one American dollar bring 80-90 dollars from public investment. Basically, they sold 1rupees worth of stock for 100 rupees to people and kept Nasa (intoxication) on, with great marketing gimmick and great report with Indian economy through media, they were even able to create inflated growth and progressed through data with men created positive Datas.
Every few month newspapers started publishing report how many billionaires’ now India has , but bunch of innocent people never realized or failed to figure out, how those billionaires suddenly popped up over night ? If today Mr Singh or Mr Ambani become billionaire , they become at the cost of ignorant Indian investors or the money they received from an average Indian investor.
Last one year most of American hidden financier started pulling back their money by selling notes or risk to an Indian bank or cashed it out their risk to local banks or financial institutes. Those loans now become risk of Indian banks, now when borrower does not pay his loan repayment, local bank loose money. I personally cannot tell how many trillion dollars they suck out of India and Dubai, but it could be massive.
The irony of it, still bunches of this stock analyst and economist keep on singing stale songs of booming economy of India.
Real difficult year Indian will see after bush Administration. Especially, in technology and real estates markets. It is sad part that people of India still see these business men as god.

I just heard that Present administration of Narhari Amin about to lose control of Gujarat cricket association.If it happens then fine if it does not happen that it is fine, but I believe now it is time to rethink how to run this Gujarat Cricket Association in most efficiently, because GCA is not someone's private club, they get lots of money from corporations and BCCI.It is time to make everyone accountable for their office and spending.Following things I would like to bring attention to old and new prospecting administrators.

1, First thing they should be aware that this association is belonged to public even BCCI they claim that it is private institute, but they do not know that private institute get money from people, or if they get money from corporations then that money also come from share holder , means again people.So every rupee comes in to them its public money, and they are responsible to use it in most ethical and honest manner and accountable for their actions.

2, ask every office bearer to sign pledge of ethic and there will be people they would not like to sign that. At that time it is a good indicator that their hand could be sticky or motive is not honest. It is a better new administrator would stay away from that person's service.

3,make strict rule president and any office bearer has to be ex cricketer , even club level cricketer is fine , do not make judgement on any one who played test cricket has better understanding of cricket than none test player or one who played more Ranji than other or scored more runs than other. Administrative understanding has nothing to do how you played and how lucky you were while playing. I have known lots of old test cricketers are very ignorant and had a very little understanding of the game of cricket. My couch Mr Akabar bhai Babi who never played Ranji trophy but produced or coached at least 60-70 test class cricketer in last 40 years, same example, we can take from Tendulker's coach, who just played times shield in Mumbai, but he produced a star cricketer in Tendulker.Also please not a better cricketer or very successful cricketer does not mean a super coach or successful coach. The real example is Sunil Gavaskar, Ashok Mankad, Mohinder Amarnath, Brijesh Patel, Dilip Doshi and might be many more all over India you will see that these cricketer's sons did not do as well as their father, so those cricketers who cannot make their own son great how they can do it to others children. So now on don't let that issue as Important in choosing selectors as well as offices bearer.

4. At Motera stadium when I was their last time, I show a full size picture of Gawaskar, Kapil dev and 3rd one, I do not remember. First thing I do not understand why these cricketers picture are there especially at GCA? they never played for Gujarat . Did they play for Gujarat? Did they serve Gujarat in any other manner? Or just chamachagiri it looks to me Just CHAMACHAGIRI, their pictures should be transferred right away. Be replaced by Picture of Nari Contractor, Deepak Sodhan, Jasu Patel, Rusi Surti Dhiraj Parsana, Parthiv Patel and long serving cricketers of Gujarat. There are equally great cricketer but failed to play for India due to Politics are namely Ashok Joshi, Pankaj Jhaveri, Dhiru Patel , Uday Joshi, Jashwant Bakarania, Atul Mehta, Ramesh Nagdev, Pravin Desai, Mukesh Parmar and many more can be remembered in many respectable and honorable ways at Motera Stadium.

5, North stand ,south stand and other stand be named after Sodhan Brothers, Jasu Patel, Nari contractor and other office and rooms be named after long serving Ranji trophy players.

6, should have full directory of all cricketers who played for Gujarat.

7, there should be one committee to look after old and present cricketers personal issue and that committee should have ability and resources with right peoples contact to graciously help those in need.For instance, Mr X cricketers family member has an incurable health problem, his dignity and respect may not go too public for help, but if he notifies his problem this council should have listed of doctors who come and watch cricket or want to assist cricketers also in same manner, there should be listing in every major city not only in medical but other field too. There should be listing of institute run by corporate big wig, or even GCA should have funded for this kind of help.

8, all past but not present cricketers of Gujarat should have been voting right in GCA 'so election, they can vote through Internet and be allowed to be member of GCA. GCA's Election can arrange thoughtfully to go well and office bearer will learn to respect cricketers be attentive to their need because cricketers will choose them by election.

9, This Election system ultimately should be adopted at BCCI all past retired test cricketers as well as all Ranji trophy cricketers will vote to choose BCCI election members including president, # 1 pledge of Ethic a new office bearer need to sign most of who come to make money will disappear and get rid of private clubs voting right like CCI and others , This best way to get rid of money and power hungry politician and Businessmen from making fortune out of cricketers.

10, Every three year new election be held.

11, there should be a committee only discuss new ideas and how to improve spending of money on a grass root level. Allow free communication with old and new cricketer. Once month or three months a meeting is held with light dinner and new ideas and open communication, every recommendation and suggestion be recorded or be entering in minutes. Invite all cricketers in that meeting and encourage them offer any kind of ideas.

12, cricket coach like Jayprakash Patel and there might be many more like be subsidies by Gujarat cricket association. It is high time somebody needs to support him.

13, similar situation with Akabar bhai Babi in Saurashtra, it is Saurashtra cricket association Moral obligation to take care of him, his unlatch scarifies for saurashtra and game of cricket cannot be measured. Some of his old coached cricketer does take care of him, but it is more honorable if saurashtra cricket association needs to take interest in this matter.

14, there should be 10 to 20 of income of GCA ought to be spent on school cricket teams, any school, specially to government school be funded by GCA, there should be school tournament on league basis in district levels and then can be developed in to school teams of every district and be sponsored by corporation but without their interference.

Lately, news in India is that all big wig politicians , ignorant and over emotional peoples and wasted interest in media come together to create a new celebration, this bunch of idiots do not have time to respect or talk or contribute on Great Indian REAL HIRO Sam Bahadur Maneckshaw or many brave Indian solders who died for protecting mother India but this money hungry group want to celebrate 25 years back a fluke victory by average Indian cricket teams, a unexpected victory in 1983 World cup, suddenly they got great energy and tear in eyes that they were winner in 1983 and telling a new generation to remember their names and asking to give them your ears to hear their over exaggerated stories of how great average cricketers were after 25 years.
I am surprised that those cricketers still remember that unexpected and lucky victory as their talent and act like winning 3rd world war. Those cricketers consider them as all time great and so forth, they cried and hug and praised each other and pocketed 25 laces each and gone home.
My question to average public that this Tamasa was hosted by whom? At whose cost, whose money and at what benefit to whom?
That cricketer were professional cricketers, nation does not have to keep on supporting them rest of their life. nor sing songs of victory for next 100 years. Brazil, Germany , USA or west Indies did win the world cup in other sports that does not mean that they have to keep on celebrating. It is JUST sport, you enjoy and forget.my request to You present day cricketers you better won this kind of world cup often so this crap can STOP.
If India did not win any world cup in last 25 years, it is weakness of the Indian team that they failed to produce a winning team in last 25 years and not because KAPIL team something great or miracle. They were a just good team and was more lucky, and in cricket luck work better than anything. The game of Cricket is considered as game of chance.
It is shame on post 1983 Indian team that they fail to win any world cup after 1983 and that the reason these bunch people get an opportunity to exploit the innocence of .Indian administrators or corporate world CEO are very naive and failed to catch or smart enough to know these cricketers or their motive.
Another reason also I personally feel that those old cricketers cannot handle the glory and attention lately getting by Dhoni and his team, those old cricketers are out of Lime light and very desperate to get some attention and media coverage. I feel sorry for Innocent Mr Sharad Pawar that he ended in this trap to join and contribute from BCCI to fund this old circus. That 3-4 crores of rupees can be easily used to buy lots of poor kids cricket kits or cloth or fees to their higher education. Or train them for another profession while they are playing cricket or when their cricket career is over.
