Really BCCI understand Professionalism. If they don’t then meant, PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

you talk to any past  or present  cricketers, every one brag that modern day cricket is very tough and very very professionalized, then they use Fancy sports jargon or terms of Australian or American , talk about some funny excises , wear stupid looking sport gear some for running ,some for funny excise, some for just show and hardly you see any result on ground especially on fast wicket . please don't tell me about victory of 20/20. that is not cricket that game is lottery, please don't give me crap about strategy and tactics. those term work on table and it is an utopia. cricket is very chancy game , performance can improve by concentration and flexible of body, and the most important team work and sincere, Honest captain.  the more rubber like body better player you can be. and it is true example of Viren Sewage although he is never behind the ball, but he manage to reach NEAR ball by bending his body and he is 15-20% faster then Tendulker or other so called media made great batsman.

Viru sawag will keep on doing well under all condition as long he keep his weight under 140 lb

lighter the body weight better reflection as well as better flexibility, technically Viru never goes behind the ball ,but he reach near ball by lighting speed due to quick body moment and also his body is very rubber like so he bent well to play ball well.

where as Tendulkar has become very heavy and stiff, it seems he carry a lot of burden of his past performance , past record is past and in professional cricket every result important based on THE PRESENT ABILITY TO PRODUCE RESULT,

i cannot sell my company on my past performance , who evenr buy my company will look MY present state and performance to value my company.if these four middle order batsmen cannot produce more result it it time to say Good buy to them. for selectors if their presence is great inspiration to player, then we wish Mr tendulker be allowed to be in dressing room with player we do not need him in team.

I though that new money and new Independence will give most PAST cricketers courage to say whatever they think. however hardly i read any critical assessment about Indian players anywhere.
